We are proud to unveil the amazing embroidered wall hanging completed by The Road Rock Library Textile Group. They have managed to capture the essence of our Centre along with some of the history of how we began, and those that have dedicated their lives to supporting the Cambridge Cancer Help Centre.
Foremost in this list of key supporters, this work of art commemorates the late David Rayner who sadly passed away in January. It was his vision of creating a home for the Centre in the beautiful grounds of the Scotsdales Nursery and Garden Centre Ltd, that enables us to support Cambridgeshire families living with a cancer diagnosis.
We thank the brilliant, creative team: Alison Barrell, Anne Berry, Gilli Dalton, Lindsay Fournier, Rikki Morgan-Tamosunas, Amanda Nevill, Judy Norton, Sarah Slattery and Veronica Thornton. Designed and led by Veronica Thornton. Thank you all!
